About us
Hi! We are Trev and Zoe and we've lived in Havant since 2006. We were mum and dad to 2 Alaskan Malamutes for 12 years, Loki and Kaiya, who sadly passed away in 2020.

Our cat, Scamp, unfortunately passed away in February 2024. Scamp was born in 2006 so he was nearly 18 years old and was used to dogs being around!

We also helped to run a husky rescue charity from 2008 to 2018. Huskies in Need has since shut down but we are so proud of the work we did there to rescue and rehome hundreds of Siberian Huskies and Husky cross breeds. We learnt a lot about dog behaviour and issues dogs can have if they have not had the right amount of socialisation, or had the chance to play and mingle with other dogs.

We got our little Border Terrier pup, Teddy, at the end of 2021. Then we went and got another Border Terrier, Ludo, a year later. We quickly decided we wanted to give them as much interaction with other dogs as possible, and so we decided to start offering boarding and daycare in the summer of 2022.

Trev works as a QHSE Manager for a manufacturing company, and Zoe is an Admin Manager in the NHS. We both work full time during the week, and although we sometimes work from home we only usually offer daycare and boarding at weekends. But feel free to complete the request form with any dates you need and we'll see what we can do!

At Bourner Boarding your dog will never be left alone, and will be given as much play, sleep, or snuggles as they want - as well as some exercise, training, and ever-important socialisation with our 2 pups.
